We start the dialogue at the initial interview and continue it through all phases of the budgeting, design and construction work until final on-site inspections and the post occupancy interview. All meetings are documented and, especially during design development, frequent reviews are encouraged. Throughout the process, from conception to occupancy, firm principals always remain intimately involved.
